Hi,

I was trying to ignore your Waste Management survey – I started it once but it is way too long. All I really wanted to say about the Bagster service was that their pickup window is also way too long so I will never use them again. I mean, honestly, residential customers are the LAST people who want a big bag of construction waste sitting in their driveways for three business days. It’s inconvenient and embarrassing. But then I got a reminder email which I tried to opt out of, but, not only is your survey too long, your opt out form is also too long.

So I’m sending you this email instead. I work in marketing so you probably want to strike me off your survey list anyway. In fact, you would do well to just scrub my entire domain, stevecastellano.com, from your list because it all ends up in my mailbox.
